No they are not. Democrats are about racial division, racial hiring quotas, lowering the hiring standards based on race and sex change operations for kids.
They were wide open about their insanity at the most recent DNC. Your side will never win another election unless they stop the insanity.
Trump now has support from 40+ percent of black men.

Trump has called for getting rid of FEMA altogether. He's even doubled down on this. Even Kristi Noem is saying the same thing. You're right, Trump won't treat the same way Biden treated you with FEMA, because under Trump FEMA doesn't exist if he has his way. Good luck, wherever you live.
There are a lot of things involved in that and not specifically their thoughts on gender identity etc. What is involved is each person's right to freedom of choice, freedom from discrimination, and equality, which each human has a right to and no one has the right to take away (as you are suggesting). You showing these videos above is cherry picking. There is always someone or something that will support you views because nothing is ever100% perfect or bad, meaning that you need to evaluate the total picture and not choose the exceptions.
The Republicans on the other hand, want to take away those rights and those freedoms and what if you were one of those whose rights were being taken away from you. Would you accept it and do nothing about it?

In the past, the Democrats were about the working man, universal healthcare labor unions. And it’s only been since about 2018 that they have gone completely insane on things like the idea of 100 genders, sex change operations for kids. This isn’t about having a minor disagreement. This is a radical ideology that has nothing to do with common sense or something not being 100% perfect
The fact that the DNC would have gender quotas is an outrage. Would be akin to the RNC having racial quotas or gender quotas. I don’t get why you folks don’t see this as a huge problem … you’re not gonna win another election unless you guys change this.
The Democrat party has alienated huge amounts of voters by claiming that it’s all about “equal rights and individual rights” when in reality they are infringing on the rights of people by suppressing free speech on major political platforms, like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. At least before Elon. Scaring parents by allowing boys to compete on girls sports teams. Alienating college aged women by allowing men to compete on women’s sports teams. And having hiring quotas and lowering the hiring standards to fit their political agenda.

I have heard this story from every single Trump supporter but the fact is that no one has ever shown the facts that support the words.
For example, gender equality is truly simple. If you have the same amount of males and females, why shouldn't both have equal representation? Why should a man decide what a woman should have or not have, or the opposite?
As far as free speech, should people have the right to spread factual untruths? If you are a man and homosexual, should someone have the right to say you are gay and say it on social media? Is that the kind of free speech you support?
There certainly is disagreement between the two parties on these issues but not to the point that it would become law. For example, 55% of Democrats believe that there should be limitations on free speech (no fake untruths). It is the majority of the party but not all Democrats believe that. On the Republican side, 30% of Republicans agree with the Democrats on this issue. We all have the right to our opinions but laws will only occur if there is a majority. Trump was voted in and Trump is a proven liar, proven criminal, proven con man and he believes that he has the power to do what he wants and you support him being president and we (the left) have to accept that. Why would you not accept if the Democrats got the majority of votes on any of these issues?
