What are the qualifications for the job?

I don't know. Maybe some real leadership experience. Maybe a little knowledge of law enforcement, considering his department is supposed to work with them. Maybe a little knowledge of terrorist activity, maybe a little bit of experience actually training people, maybe at least some understanding of military operations. But I can tell you what it is not, it is not "killing it" working part time at a flippin grocery store and then getting some job at the Heritage Foundation after getting a degree in laughable field of Political Science.
