I am concerned about the people of Iran (Persia). I think we should put boots on the ground, at least to train and arm the great people there (many with skills have already defected) in order to bring about the popular change they want. The good people there are going to be starved out before the criminals are.

not sure how trump has the authority and who's going to enforce this, he can't be everywhere checking who is doing business there, what proof and how would they pay a 25% tariff to us, iran is not going to play by that rule at all

If a country does business with Iran, then any trade that country does with the United States will be hit with a 25% tariff.
- It’s not a tax on trading with Iran.
- It’s a penalty applied when that country trades with the U.S. — as retaliation for maintaining ties with Iran.
