Are you kidding? As far back as 2013 the Obama administration exempted the wind industry of liability in killing migratory birds and there wasn't a peep (pardon the pun) out of the left or the environmental people or PETA for that matter. It's estimated that wind farms killed over 3,000 eagles not to mention hawks and songbirds.

Cats and buildings are dramatically more deadly for birds than wind turbines.
