WTF? Treating the National Guard as a private Army? This is insane. I guess Speaker was on to something when:
Mike Johnson Caught on Mic Accidentally Admitting Trump Is “Unhinged”
The damning hot mic audio revealed Johnson refusing to deny Donald Trump is “unwell.”

This won't stand in any court. What has the California National Guard have to do with Oregon?

But…but…but.. an judge just stated they must not enter the state

The California Guard?

Huh?
It’s a National Guard
If it were a Maryland guard then problematic to send to Oregon
But despite the lib loons playing make pretend, it’s to guard any designated part of the nation as directed by our national leader. Piss ant judge be damned

You're not quite up on facts with it all

And so you can educate us on the errors,

homework assignment part1:

Deploying a federalized National Guard from one state into another without the consent of the receiving state's governor is an unusual action that courts have viewed as a potential abuse of power.

Historically, this has been an area of contention between federal and state powers, with governors of affected states challenging such moves.

“This is a nation of Constitutional law, not martial law.”- Trump appointed Judge

Over the weekend, a federal judge blocked President Trump from deploying the National Guard in Portland. The judge blocked Trump from deploying the California National Guard to Oregon too. Interestingly, the ruling cited Trump’s own tweet, which described Portland as “war ravaged,” in determining that he does not have unlimited authority to wildly invent facts on the ground wholesale as a pretext to justify any use of the military he wants. “The President’s determination was simply untethered to the facts,” this Trump-appointed judge declared. “This is a nation of Constitutional law, not martial law.” In short, Trump’s gale-force bad faith worked against him. We talked to Oregon’s Attorney General Dan Rayfield, who explains the ruling, details how Trump’s lawless words and threats are undermining his own case, examines the larger stakes of this moment, and looks ahead to what’s next. Listen to this episode here. A transcript is here.

No that's not it and the National Guard does guard the Nation. Otherwise they would be called State Guards , responsible for their own state. Kinda like State Police which the NG is Not

One unelected federal judge assigned a specific limited region carries no sway

Well when Dem governors and mayors are in open rebellion of the President, Senate, and Congress, what did you expect?

The party that was screaming about “iNsUrReKsHuN” for four years is now actually attacking federal agents that are doing the will of the American people (enforcing the law).

Well yes, it is “unusual”. But so are having governors unwilling to uphold the law and actively support thugs attacking Federal agents.

Haven’t seen Dems act this way since they got all upset over racial integration at schools.
