Trump administration fails to secure indictment against sandwich thrower

Oh the evidence exists and it's quite compelling, yet the jury decided not to convict.

And you can't explain that.....LOL TM
He should sue the government. Probably deserves about $100 million or so for what they put him through.

Civil suit for assault with a hoagie would be quite tasty.
Being prosecuted pointlessly and viciously by the government deserves to be reimbursed. Maybe $200 million is enough.

Classic assault by definition.
False. Never proven in court, therefore he’s innocent.

And given he was prosecuted despite being innocent, he’s clearly due a large government payout for what Trump put him through.

He wasn't prosecuted because he was innocent. He was prosecuted after a grand jury indicted him.
Maybe he could sue the GJ?

He was prosecuted even though he was innocent.

There was no grand jury indictment.

Why does Trump think he deserves $230 million when two grand juries indicted him ?

In MAGA world, assaulting a cop makes you a patriot, especially if you are a veteran like the sandwich guy. It makes no sense the MAGA cult is not celebrating this guy's victory.

During the hero-tossing hero's trial, the cop whined the sandwich had "exploded" on his bulletproof vest.

Golly, it's a good thing the brave fascist was wearing protection! :auiqs.jpg:

Didn't need one.
As we can see, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

He definitely deserves millions of dollars considering the carnage that Trump put him through. You guys destroyed his life for nothing.

Don't need an indictment on a misdemeanor charge crackhead.
I know! But apparently you didn’t realize what they were prosecuting because you tried to blame the grand jury.

Either way, he’s an innocent man that Trump tried to destroy and he deserves compensation for that injustice.

he was originally indicted on fed charges - courtesy of the former FOX pundit/drunken retired judge.

she failed in doing so.

The grand jury refused to indict him on felony assault. That should have been the end of it right there.
Instead they relied on a grand jury information which is such a low standard.
