Donald trump just got first place in a national poll with 24%, and an 11% lead from second place Scott Walker at 13%. We're now a full month and four days from his presidential announcement so this can't just be called off as a post-election bounce. He now has a higher average then Jeb by 2%. I wonder if it's possible he'll pull it off.

You Trump supporters are about to become the target of the greatest election rigging apparatus in the history of the world, the GOP is not going to allow him to run as their candidate and that is all there is to it. Supporting the troops means that you don't allow your presidential candidates to trash them. Period. If you're going to allow Trump to diminish the sacrifice of a man who was captured and tortured for five years, than be my guest. Honestly, you have a right to your own values. You have the right to ignore your principals to protect your party, and I won't judge you for it - but stop telling me how much you love the troops. It's hypocritical.

He's not going to be the next president. At sometime, somewhere in the future he's going to concede. I look forward to it. I can only hope he throws a shadow over other viable Republican candidates in the meantime. Such as John Kasich, really the guy I see who has the best chance in the general election, Trump trumped Kasich's special day. Good for Trump, he's not completely worthless.
