Use the common-sense logic: a regular ho/fallen woman/naughty girl would be very happy to do whatever a rich & famous benefactor for the cost of room and board, the occasional wardrobe upgrade, and an allowance.

Having slaves can get messy, dead bodies everywhere, amnesiacs regaining their memories (actual amnesiacs are pretty rare), moving from palace to palace with a truckload of unidentified girls...
