If I moved to China or Japan to work, I would be working hours a day to learn to speak the language.

If someone was in America for say, 3-4 years and they cannot speak conversationally in English, in addition to how much English language there is everywhere in the world in terms of music, TV etc, than they don't consider it worth their effort.

If I can learn to code and A.I to the bare bones past my prime, within months, someone can learn to speak the language of their nation.

LIke I said you would be surprised. I'm just local but still run into lot of OTR drivers at stops. Hell theres a "Driving school" in the parking lot of her office that's all Somali. Get the wrong Somalis together and ya got trouble.

I watched a video of a white copper pull over 3 amingos and hey were story strait.
