Sigh, I have a feeling this is going to be one of those things where they pat themselves on the back about fining someone 250k but don't tell you that they got a 30 million dollar grant.

I'm sure they'll come up with some interesting stuff and then do mostly nothing.

I guess the only "win" we will get is current and future grant funds to MN being withheld by the various agencies involved.
