The inmate has no penis Bob..thus is housed with others who lack the same...women rape women in prison..that's a sad fact.

This isn't a woman; it's a man. Even if he's had his penis removed or mutilated, that still doesn't make him a woman, and it doesn't make him any less dangerous to actual women. It takes a seriously f•••ed-up mind to be confused about the distinction.

Those responsible for playing into this freak's insane delusions, and putting him in a women's facility, are willfully complicit in his crimes against actual women, while in that facility.´ They all belong in prison.

I cannot discern any way in which your incoherent rant is relevant to me, to anything that I have posted in this thread, or to anything else about to in this thread.

If there was any point that you were actually trying to make, perhaps you might try doing so again some time when you're sober, of such a time ever exists. Well...having read the article...I was wrong about his/her possession of a penis--I've never heard of an inmate being transferred to a woman's prison prior to surgery. It appears that the inmate in question stopped taking their hormone pills.
Here is the original article..with considerable more info then the Op's--that being said, it also appears that a number of false allegations have been made..and that the inmate is in segregation. As the inmate is a preoperative transgender who is not on their pills...I would house as male. The female inmates were hostile to the transfer..and appear to have engaged in a constant series of attacks and false allegations--which is not to say that there might not be some truth in there as well.

yes - cause rape never happens in prison - whether it's male to male , female to female, or male to female (prison guards raping female inmates ) or in this case a transgender person who was involved.

Why the state allows rape at all in prison is a head scratcher.

I reckon that's part of their rehabilitation.
