wasn't this thrown by the lady that claimed the Aurora movie theatre shooting was a CIA false flag and that the shooter had telepathic powers or something?

I don't know. This incident took place in 2014. She seemed remarkably healthy just two years ago.

Supporter or not, she just doesn't seem healthy today.

The hand-clasp thing is an old lady thing though.
