Back when I was little...............if someone couldn't tell if it was a girl or boy.........it was just called "it". And thats what I use.

Luckily I live in a state that doesn't put up with that psycho bullshit very much.

I also remember back when, people like this were dragged off in padded vans to padded rooms for a very long time.
