top ten "left coast" facts about W

as some of you know i live in california near SF

was at a dinner party the other night and floated these just for fun.......

pretty much everyone said they were true and said i was stupid if i didn't belive they were true

1. bush stole the 2000 election, gore really won

2. bush stole the 2004 election, kerry really won

3. bush caused the tsunami by detonating an atomic bomb

4. bush caused the hurricanes to increase oil prices

5. bush invaded iraq to get the oil

6. bush knew there were no WMDs and lied

7. bush is member of satanic cult (skull and bones)

8. bush ploted planned and executed 9/11 attacks against his own country

9. bush is an idiot

10. cheeny / rove really run the country not bush

when i was done being lectured.....i asked this.....if 9 + 10 are true how did bush acomplish 1 through 8 and why can't you all prove any of this?

they said they have proved it.

i asked why is bush still in charge then?

because big business really runs the country not the govt.

so did big business run the country when Clinton was in charge?

they tried, but we stopped them.

i said good work...got my wife and went home.

oh yea this was at a terminator fund raiser

I live in Los Angeles - I don't know anyone that would claim most of those.

#1: no, Nader swung the election to Bush.

#5: Not exactly, however, US foreign policy towards the middle east is motivated by our energy needs, i.e. oil.

#6: Either he lied, or he's ignorant.

#9: I'd certainly classify him as a idiot.

#10: Idiot or puppet? What does it matter - we're stuck with over 3 more years to suffer this incompetent administration.
