This is serious. These people have been exercising authority that they did not actually have. Obama is no longer president. This is trump's problem.

It is of fundamental importance to our democrat republic that the proper lines for delegation of authority are followed at all times. It doesn't matter whether or not you approve of the way that they are doing their jobs if they obtained their jobs in an illegal manner, which invalidates their use of the powers associated with their positions. This is basic civics.
Once again, where does the congress get the constitutional authority establish lines of succession for positions in the executive branch? Do you commies not believe in the separations of powers? Also their powers are derived from the president himself, not their individual agencies. Only one person is constitutionally charged with executing the laws, that would be Trump.
