What Democrats have brought us.

About half of millennials and 75 percent of Gen Zers have quit their jobs for mental health reasons, according to a new study conducted by Mind Shares Partners, SAP and Quatrics. It was published in Harvard Business Review.

Young people are quitting their jobs in droves. Here's why
A combo of boomers being terrible parents and how they destroyed the future for their kids so they could have a nice retirement
Most Boomers are not parents of Millennials.

Boomers were forced to pay into social systems devised by Democrats' Socialist policies imposed through the 1940s-1960s.

We'll take what we're owed, thank you.

Millennial are more productive than any generation this nation has ever seen. Any employer that has a hard time finding a good worker is simply a god awful place to work.

Ri-iiiight.

More HS Students Are Graduating, but These Key Indicators Prove Those Diplomas Are Worth Less Than Ever

High school kids nowadays may know how to put a prophylactic onto a butternut squash, but they really don't learn shit about what they should be learning about.

They don't teach Latin, kids are basically ignorant of American history, classical civilization, literature, math, science, in the government schools.

Maybe in the cities. Rural schools are doing just fine.

I can tell you where--and when--and how this started. And I can tell you it DID NOT start with "public education", but with the culture at large.

Long about the turn of the century we got the word that we were supposed to stop doing any "elimination games" with students--that suddenly, these Precious Ones could not be "out". Not even if there were no prizes at the end of the game, not even if ALL the kids were out at the end, save one.

Think of all the games you played growing up like eeny meeny miney moe...none of those, and all variations. And there are a LOT of variations.

I had already been teaching several years. I considered how my students reacted to these games, even the smallest. Almost all of them were good sports. Those who were not, the appalled reactions of their peers quickly taught them hard lessons of fair play. The kids LOVE these games. So, I decided this advice was complete garbage and I trashed the advice.

But here's the thing: the culture did not. Hence the participation trophy and the elimination of "elimination games" because no one can be "out"--even if EVERYONE IS OUT at the end---because these Snowflakes cannot abide even a moment's discomfort.

Really.

So, no shock, 20 years on....here we are.

Ever since they were small impressionable children, those generations have grown up being bombarded, on a daily basis, with propaganda telling them that a global warming cataclysm is going to kill them all!

It's no wonder that so many of them have mental problems.
