Oooo that is outstanding! I've never canned anything . . . is it hard to do? Did you grow your own toms?

Can some peppers and onions too.....although peppers freeze decent.
You seem motivated. Get yourself a dehydrator too.

I wish it was warm enough here to grow my own in the quantity i would need to can them. That was $175 worth of heirloom tomatoes.



Canning is pretty easy...just follow the directions. Stuff like jam is really easy since you only need a bit pot of water. Tomatoes require a pressure canner.

I had a dehydrator..and never used it. lol. I also oven dried roma tomatoes and froze them.
