It's good the boy has been taught (by someone) that lying is a bad thing......The adults present that would not give-up the fugitive have some learning to do yet.

I wonder what happened with the adults who were inside the house. The write up doesn't say. That kid was the only one who was willing to do any singing. Were his parents there and did they know that there was a wanted woman there in the house with them?
