Why don't you get it through your biased brain that whites, blacks and others have been killed by bad cops over the years equally with the same intent, and this without any correlation to race having a factor involved in it.
The stastical reality shows a disproportionate number of UNARMED blacks are killed than any other group. Blacks make up only 12% of the population but bear the brunt of murders by cops.
Now it might be said that blacks still might make a bigger target for these types of incidents because of being down on the poverty scale more so than whites overall to date, but it's about poverty and crime
As you can see 17.3 million non- hispanic whites are impoverished..Only 9.2 million Blacks are and only 11.1 million HISPANICS.
Almost twice as many Whites are impoverished as Blacks. So your correlation
Of poverty to crime means twice as many Whites o
ught to be killed by cops than Blacks. Instead unarmed blacks are 7 times more likely to die from gunfire by police than whites.
"In 2015, The Post documented 990 fatal shootings by police, 93 of which involved people who were unarmed. Black men accounted for about 40 percent of the unarmed people fatally shot by police and, when adjusted by population, were seven times as likely as unarmed white men to die from police gunfire, The Post found."
Study finds police fatally shoot unarmed black men at disproportionate rates
Sadly the poor sometimes find themselves doing things that have made themselves more visible in the eyes of some of these bad cops or even in the eyes of justice when it comes to the good cops.
See above
it wasn't as evident because it was white on white crime when things went wrong. I guess the same goes for the Chicago black on black crime where the spotlight isn't shined on that either
Who is holding the spotlight?
I garantee you that the same thing could happen to these whites as would happen with the blacks caught in the same situation. All we can hope for is that bad cops get punished when do bad things, and this protects us all.
But its not just the killer cops...its the juries and judges who set them free in the face of overwhelming evidence pointing to guilt.
