Most definitely not .
Find the brains and heart and remove them .
And demonstrate it publicly .Lawfully wherever possible .

If there is a cancer , get rid of every Cancerous cell before it grows and spreads . Surgery .

In the good old days and not knowing any better , they rounded up Churchmen and so called Intellectuals and butchered them en masse .
