Cohen worked for Trump for over a decade. He’s met with Bragg’s office like 25 times. Lord knows what tidbits he’s passed along. Weisselberg also testified before the GJ and no doubt corroborated other testimony.Cohen said over the months, Trump Organization shelled out checks, including one for $137,460 for legal expenses in October 2017.
Trump wrote off those checks as legal expenses on his 2017 federal and state income taxes, which Trump got an extension, and didn't file until October 2018.
