Yeah, in these cases, it wasn't the charges that were wrong but the infrastructure of the legal system.

You'd think that the DOJ would have a department focused solely on the infrastructure of the entire law apparatus. Having a case tossed out because Congress failed to act is unforgivable. They should have had an answer to that at the end of summer, prior to convening a Grand Jury on them both.

They need to close out any and all technical loopholes for them, or anyone, to jump through.
