After his initial conviction, Brandenburg agreed to be represented by the ACLU of Ohio. Volunteer attorney Allen Brown took the case and the national ACLU agreed to fund the eventual U.S. Supreme Court challenge. Oh but they do. It's what they want. It's what they intend. Democrats are repeating what works. What worked in Venezuela is communist tyranny festering under an umbrella of crime. The people are kept completely off balance as the victims of vicious and unrelenting crime which allowed the communist power to grow.
