Time To Play "Civil Liberty: Which Doesn't Belong"

Cry cry cry....

On point 2...

UK don't accept people increasing racial tension. They went too far in this case but they will stop someone who is preaching hate especially to cause a reaction... Don't like it, don't fucking go there... UK has a lot less racial tension than the US, live and working the places and you know the difference. The UK think that shout obscenities at group in a known area is inciting violence and treat it much like shouting fire in a theatre.

UK is a lot less violent crime than US...

Hate speech is an exception to free speech, which IS NOT absolute.

Hate speech is an exception to free speech, which IS NOT absolute.

Of course it is you Nazi.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

No, it is not. Shout "fire" in a theatre or wave a baseball bat at someone and say, "I am going to hurt you," and you may well get shot.

Don't argue if you don't know the law.

You said 'hate' speech.

For all the incipient Nazis like you, there is no such exception in the Constitution.

After his initial conviction, Brandenburg agreed to be represented by the ACLU of Ohio. Volunteer attorney Allen Brown took the case and the national ACLU agreed to fund the eventual U.S. Supreme Court challenge. On June 9, 1969, the Supreme Court held that the Ohio law violated Brandenburg's right to free speech.

Britain used to be a planetary empire.

Now they let barbarians rape their children so no one can call them racist. And if any parent objects to his/her child being raped, they get arrested.

FUCK the UK.

You can have all the agents in the world, but it won't do you any good if you don't have citizen snitches. People LOVE to snitch. Most people are caught from snitches. Just look at the FBI site. They even say they depend heavily on "informants."

What civil liberties are the responsible right to responsible left want to remove?

daveman, who supports Project 2025 of the Heritage Foundation, will deny that it wants to restrict American freedoms and return us to the 1950s.

Aww, it's so cute when you try to talk about things you don't understand.

The Constitution obviates any desries you Fascists have to end free speech.

It's time you went to the dentist to have your cranial cavity filled.
So you think 'hate speech' is free speech. Thank you.

I just proved it you Fascist.

Why would you imagine I want either one?

I favor free speech and liberty.

Astounding that current Democrat supporters don't see that.
Oh but they do. It's what they want. It's what they intend. Democrats are repeating what works. What worked in Venezuela is communist tyranny festering under an umbrella of crime. The people are kept completely off balance as the victims of vicious and unrelenting crime which allowed the communist power to grow. As long as the politically powerful was relatively safe, the criminals could prey on the people as much as they liked.
