2013's Dumbass tool of the year award recipient Dennis Rodman needs to be called back in to action to calm his best friend for life Kim Jong.
Instead of basketball and cakes, perhaps Kim could be distracted if Rodman wears a wedding dress again and spends the evening in his bedroom.
