There's no doubt in my mind that the CCP uses it to our detriment. Trump apparently disagrees.

SCOTUS had refused to save the app unless it is sold to American ownership. This is a good idea IMO. I see very little value in it...

Apparently it provides 1.3 billion a month to American small businesses... Though you certainly couldn't prove it by me.

One thing that is provable is that China is at war with the US.

Piss on the Chi-Coms.....There are plenty of willing US buyers.

Were it up to me no Chi-Coms would even be allowed in the country. They carry too many novel infections to risk it.

I don't care. Never had it, never wanted it.

Yeah I agree.... There are actually billionaires lined up to buy the thing right now.

Doesn't matter if they sell or not, their government spy programs aree already imbedded in the programming and base system protocols.

It's an obstruction of free speech. Clearly.

Makes sense that the OP is for this unconstitutional ruling.

Ok.... What about the danger of spyware embedded in the program? Does free speech overrule that danger?

Kevin O'Leary has a detailed plan on buying TikTok. And from what I read anyone that has TikTok now will still be able to use it, just future downloads and updates will be blocked.

What spyware?

You actually think a CCP owned entity is going to field high use communications software that doesn't have a dozen back doors in it?

It's basically a gif site with sound. Maybe the appeal is mostly to the ADHD crowd.

It all depends on whether you want to be China's little ***** or not.
