I keep hoping this guys past TV programs get the toss. To see why, I offer proof that unless they promise to toss punches, they won't be there. He had bells rung to start fights and bells to stop them. He had staff deliver plastic glasses of water to be hurled at the opponent. In short, his gig was fighting and screaming.

What made you watch his program?

I thought he was dead. He's still on TV?

Dead as a piece of ham. Nope, his program still is shown though.
They syndicate that to reruns, and it still sells advertising? Amazing. No wonder trump won the election, a societal defect, evidenced by what people find entertaining to watch.

Maybe it is why Harris lost and that Biden just laid down and said I quit to Democrats.

Funny that Jerry Springer ran over 25 years under 6 different presidential administrations, mostly democrats from 1991 to 2018. So for 27 years of JS, we had 8 years of republicans. 16 years of democrats. When JS first started, he had a much more serious show. It became filthy under Clinton. And it died under Trump.

Yea, it's republicans that made JS so famous. Yea. That's it. Funny, I don't know a single republican that ever watched JS but grew up knowing a shit ton of democrats that did.

He had done enough, good and bad, and is in 80s, even he, knowing he'd lost a step or two or more. Not his problem, lets look at retirement, thinking. I doubt Springer entered into considerations.

I always looked at Jerry Springer as a man who had been a Mayor showing his interest really was sex and how to get rich with the guests brawling. It was only interesting early on.
