FBI agent Val Kilmer is way too white to be a descendant of a Sioux Medicine Man who was killed at the legendary Wounded Knee massacre of 1890 but he pulls it off. Real Indian Graham Greene steals the movie but it's an entertaining insight into the plight of the modern American Indians at the hands of ruthless federal agents who apparently haven't changed much since the turn of the 20th century.
