Here's a good primer for Quantum Mechanics ... from a historian to the general public ...
This is where I get my "one molecule, one photon" rhetoric ... and the logical step there's not enough molecules of carbon dioxide to effect temperatures ... the video does detail Max Planck's roll and Stefan-Boltzmann is a direct result of Planck's work ... these are the theories I'm relying on to make my claims ...
