Mahmood Abdelsalam Rababah, 23, Ahmad Mawed, 21, and Mustafa Mohammad Matalgah, 27, were arrested on felony charges of deadly conduct with a firearm. A judge set their bonds at $100,000 each. Their photos are below. ​

According to the Waller County Sheriff’s Office, the three suspects fired guns from a nearby pasture in the direction of the field. ​

The police report said they were target practicing. They are certainly guilty if stupidity and endangering others, but there is no indication there was any specific intention of shooting anybody.

Are they native born US citizens?

Asylum seekers?

Illegal aliens?

My favorite thing about that clip is what was said at the end. The victim has no intention of walking away from what he was doing before the shot was fired.
