FWIW, I blame all the motherfuckers, not just the ones with a "D" or an "R" after their names like partisan assholes often do. In particular, I blame Congress. Bush couldn't have gone to Iraq without Congress. Without funding, nothing happens and all funding is controlled by Congress. While was being facetious about Obama and the VA (yes, I blame Congress), I definitely fault President Obama for not only failing to bridge the racial divide, but actually fanning the flames of racial division by taking sides in local matters.

There is no bridgeing of the racial divide....it is what it is...even Abraham Lincoln recognized that a long time ago....yet we have wasted trillons of dollars trying to accomplish that impossible task....so if anyone is a realist...they know that is not possible.


Time to come up with something that actually woiks instead of pursuing idealistic goals that are impossible.

The VA has been left out for many things for a long long time. You can go back to the 60's and the way the government has handled those in the VA system. So to blame Bush and the Republicans is partisan BS. 7 1/2 years and Obama and the Democrats have done nothing. The track record for government is not good.

Governor Kasich said he would not suspend the 2nd Amendment.

No one and particularly not a politician, has the authority to suspend the 2A...but this fact won't stop them from trying.
