They were caught exchanging texts hostile to Jews, and what makes it worse is that they were doing this during a panel on Jewish life (which has become very difficult) on campus.

The sad thing is that this will probably be all forgiven, and the deans would have had a paid vacation, before they return to their posts. This is, after all, Columbia. And the president is a Muslim immigrant.

I am equal parts appalled and unsurprised.

We know that government will do nothing about this ... it remains to be seen what impact (if any) it will have on Columbia's constant solicitation for donations from Jewish alums.

About 30 years ago, when Leonard Jeffries (Hakeem’s uncle) was teaching antisemitic conspiracy theories at CUNY, the donations from all the successful Jewish engineers (who decades earlier has been bright but poor engineering students) dried up bigtime.

The difference is that the school didn’t have a big influx of anti-Jew money from rich Arabs.

Jed Clamped: "Pitiful, pitful."

Leave isn't good enough. It implies that they will be back as soon as the dust settles.

I am glad they are cracking down, but they need to crack down harder.

Instructors and officials who demonstrate on behalf of Hamas should be fired. Students who demonstrate on behalf of Hamas should be permanently expelled, in ways that make it difficult for them to transfer to other universities. Their names should be published so that employers who do not want to hire them know who they are.

The same should happen to instructors, officials, and students who demonstrate violently on behalf of the Palestinians, and to those who slander the Jews and advocate violence against them. Their lives should be ruined.

Clear violations of Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Acts. Remind Trump that that means all Federal funds, grants, student loans, anything Federal needs to be immediately stopped at these cess pools of terrorist apologists.

They aren't cracking down, they're just doing a variation on 'catch and release' we see with criminal illegal aliens.

One of 'The Squad' got defeated in it's last election. Hopefully Cori Bush loses her seat as well.

Hector...I agree with getting rid of the officials because they are suppose to be impartial. But as long as students protest in a legal fashion and do call for violence...they should be allowed to. That is part of the foundation of America. Now if they step out of line and the coppers brutalize them...it is fine with me.

Just goes to show you how far cultural Marxism can spread. That's Columbia where the Frankfurt school set up their satanic operation. Marcuse said white people deserve no constitutional protection. I shed no tears.

Remember, shouting support for a terrorist organization is illegal, and some of these students have done that….and proudly, I might add.

It's safe to assume the entire faculty is anti-Semitic at this point.

Yup. The Arabs poured so much money into Columbia that they were even able to buy themselves a foreign-born Muslim immigrant as president. Considering how she allowed such antisemitism to spread on her campus, she should get the boot as well.

It should not be legal for anyone to call for violence against Israel.

Columbia University Deans resign after anti-Semitic communications.
How can anyone be surprised after all the Left-wing crap that has sullied this journalist's favorite college.
