Thousands of far-left protesters have swamped Washington, D.C., as part of the “People’s March” to protest President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The march served as a platform for progressive causes, which consisted of extreme anti-cop rhetoric with the threat of descending into violence.
Protesters chanted “Lock him up!” and other slogans, such as “Elon Musk has got to go!” as they marched through the nation’s capital.
The deep-seated animosity from Leftists against the incoming administration is concerning, given that a number of leftist socialist groups with a history of causing violence and chaos will also be present.

This year’s turnout was significantly lower than that of past marches, with fewer than 50,000 participants compared to the original Women’s March in 2017, which boasted half a million.
Unsurprisingly, protesters carried signs calling for socialism over fascism and climate action, while others waved Palestinian flags and wore keffiyehs.

One expert studying extremist movements said security forces should prepare for the “significant chance of violence.”
“Let’s be clear about who these protestors are,” Ryan Mauro, investigative researcher at the Capital Research Center, told the Daily Caller.
“They are operatives of a China-linked, pro-Iran, pro-terrorism, anti-American network. Anywhere they coalesce has a significant chance of violence, particularly towards police, and property destruction.”
Commentary:
Obviously, this demonstration was not attended as strongly as it was on Jan 20th 2017. Nor were vehicles set afire and stores trashed.
It fizzled bug time. The Pussy hats were traded for keffiyehs, but the faces were the same and actually the crowd was estimated at between 500-700 protester. Obviously, if it was like MLK’s “I have a dream speech”, then they would have chosen a place to take pictures of thousands.
Now that doesn't mean it will be the same in the future. However, I believe that mass demonstrations will be handled differently this time around. Arrests will be made and bonds will be made higher, and sentences will be more stringent. Violence will be treated as acts of Domestic Terrorism.
Guess with Kamala spending 2 billion last year the coffers are low and the DNC could not afford to bus in more protesters.
I wonder how many are suffering the effects of frost bite tonight?
