Those who are striking will just be replaced by other people eventually. If those who are striking do not want to do the job for whatever their reasons may be, the people in charge of the place will just find those who will work the jobs.

God bless you always!!!

Sounds like Disney is a very poor employer.

Mickey was a freaking mouse and he wasn't even real. So much for Disney workers logic. Fire them all. Anyone can wear a costume.

So basically, they're upset with the cost of living crisis and wanting to wear a little badge 🤔

I suggest they quit and go do a different job.

That's what happens when a shitty woke company hires a bunch of shitty woke people. You get people who make candy at Disneyland wanting a union because they claim their rent is too high due to inflation so they want to force Disney to them pay them more so they can keep working a useless candy making job at a amusement park instead of going out and actually learning and working towards making better at a real job.

It took me a while but I got hired last week making 41.85 and none of my formal education did it. Just me learning and working did it.

Need more money? Then stop making candy at Disneyland. It's as dumb as all the people who poured coffee at Starbucks that formed a union because they couldn't earn a living doing it because all they were doing was pouring f'ing coffee into cups.

None of the lower paying jobs need to be done in reality.

I can't pick a side on it. Mainly because I don't give a shit about Disney. Woke joke

I will always side with the workers over management.

Yeah but they are good if you're starting out in the work force for some basic experience, if you're older and want something to occupy you, if you're a student and need something easy for spending money, someone with a disability and so on.

Lower end jobs definitely have a place in society and have value. But to expect to have a single income based on some simple and basic job is just ridiculous.

I agree. I also think it's awesome when employers struggle to find workers.

Even when the workers are stupid, selfish, greedy, lazy and useless?

Never just automatically side with anyone without knowing all the angles.

Like the kids at Starbucks that unionized demanding a living wage for pouring coffee. The "corporate America is evil" is short sighted and closed minded. Yes they can suck, but a lot of times employees can suck also. Especially in today's world when it comes to workers under the age of 30.

In 99.99 percent of cases it's the management who is greedy, lazy, and useless. The higher up you go, the more those three are found.
