I think the more the election cycle buckles down and gets serious, the more Carson is liable to be hurt by his lack of experience in regards to political office. I could be wrong, if he turns out to be more prepared via consultation with experts than I currently think he is. But while Republicans and conservatives may be willing to throw tantrums about our entrenched, do-nothing establishment insiders by lavishing attention on outsider political novices in the early stages of the game, but I think we're more likely to be troubled by neophyte status later on, if it becomes too apparent.

Obviously, I think Donald Trump is even more vulnerable to this than Carson, because Carson is at least a serious-minded, thoughtful person, whereas Trump is more impulsive and bombastic.

The difference this time is, we do have candidates have credentials both in the area of political experience AND being outside the establishment. I think they've been biding their time, waiting for the carnival/entertainment atmosphere of the beginning of the race to die down and everyone to get serious about the business of choosing a candidate before making their move.

I don't think the establishment candidate, Jeb Bush, has a hope in hell.
