PROTEST.
Unlike the spontaneous Summer of Love 2000
Protests { George Floyd } where people died and
many downtown radical districts were burned.

Anyone who's watching carefully knows that this has already happened. This is the reason the Democrats have basically hated Art Laffer virulently for decades for mathematically exposing the failure of their taxation strategies.
