I usually tell them that the govt. owes me money and I will be suing them to get it, then ask for their name and address..For some reason they keep hanging up....

IRS does not make phone calls like that. Everything in writing

Such things are why I don't pick up unless I recognize the number.

(If it's not a scammer, they'll leave a voicemail, and I'll check it soon after. Hence, emergency calls will get to me, with a short delay.)

They usually have Pakistani accents and are calling from abroad. I love ******* with them. One time I gave the guy a fake credit card number and then asked him to roll it up and shove it up his ass. Another time after I gave the fake card number I asked "does this include the charge for your sister"? I look forward to those calls! LOL.
