They use similar tech on video games.
When you wear the proper type headphones you can hear people behind you and you can tell which side they are approaching from.
There was a big deal about people saying they heard voices yet there was no one around. Of course they were called crazy.
The tech is called voice to skull. They can direct a voice or any sound directly at you and the person standing beside you cant hear it.
It was used by what they call Gangstalkers and they'd try and make you think you're going crazy. They also use gaslighting to try and change your behavior and your thoughts.
The people of course were called crazy.
Now it's common knowledge,we saw it in Cuba when it was used on some of our own people. They also use directed energy weapons commonly referred to as DEW's. It can kill if turned up high enough. Our people in Cuba said they started having terrible headaches and feeling very nauseous.
It caused brain damage in some of the more extreme cases.

Aaron Alexis is a prime example of Gangstalking or as some people call them TI's or targeted individuals.
This happened before the attacks in Cuba so everyone thought he was crazy. Turns out he wasn't crazy after all since his experience dovetails perfectly with the attacks in Cuba against US diplomats.
