No, I hadn't heard about that aquarium. But I have heard about similar stuff, having to do with fish. You're right, they're just props to those people. A lot of folks just completely lack awareness of what they're doing.

People can be so barbaric and buttercup, you're making me feel guilty because I was thinking of getting a parrot someday. Of course, I would let it out of its cage whenever possible though.
