Having grown up in Los Angeles, I can support that Latinos both hate and despise Blacks. It works both ways Blacks despise Latinos. Look at the prison gangs for examples, the Black and Latino gangs have far more trouble with each other than they have with the White Gangs.

I read the transcript. What a joke.

Both attorneys were using the word “nigggr” in reference to the child custody case. The black woman attorney, Derouen, was upstaged because she thought is was her privilege only to say “niggger.”

The woman attorney then started saying “niggger” in a way that was not relevant to the case. White attorney Phillips mocked her ghetto style use of the word and called her out on it. As in—I can do it too.

The arbiter in the closed door session panicked in a knee jerk way. He threatened white Phillips with contempt, but not contempt for black Derouen. He was a coward.

The two people confronting white Phillips are cowards. They threatened violence over words.
