What really irritated me was that the "$3" part has turned into a given!!


Are we due to slip under that $3 threshold any time in the near future?

I just took I-95 from D.C. to Key West and back. The lowest I saw was $3.23. I know this because I took a picture of the sign and sent it to my mom. That's over 1100 miles one way.

I hope we can slip under but I doubt it

Gasoline prices across the nation have dropped dramatically in the past two weeks, the Lundberg Survey reported Sunday -- by an average 11 cents a gallon to just over $1.40.
