WE THE PEOPLE have a right to conduct email transactions in private . To that end the Founding Fathers adopted , inter alia, the Fourth Amendment. But that right is constantly being violated by fedgov. The threat to our privacy does NOT come from Russia, China, Iran or North Korea,

The Bill of Rights is meaningless. The government violates it constantly. Hence it is by definition a criminal enterprise.
