I didn't find that information... What I find was this:

Some states had far more slave owners (46 percent of families in South Carolina, 49 percent in Mississippi) while some had far less (20 percent of families in Arkansas).

That's as close as I could come... I don't see it as reliable. Black males at 6% of the population does seem correct, I just can't verify cop deaths by race.
