No, it is rarely caught because we don’t have the resources to investigate 150 million individual votes. The way the system works now, each and every vote would require investigation. That is exactly why the Democrats are so in love with the COVID-era system and why they are so opposed to voter id and proof of citizenship to vote. It would screw up their grift.
