They used a 3rd Party to be the "bad cop" with the banks approval and my wife purposely didn't pay when I sent her half the mortgage on more than one occasion. It's a dirty trick in Canada designed to pad the massive record profits for them, worse if you are an undesirable as I am.

I made a couple of mistakes with trust and working uphill against a tsunami but even I am surprised by how evil these people are. I paid $4000 more interest alone over the last 18 months because of these criminals.

We need competition because the apparatuses weaponize banking here just as they tried in the U.S against conservatives.

You don't know what I know, the interactions the refusal to be flexible when it was clearly the proper direction. I worked in the banking industry, I know what options they have including exceptions.

They were purposely squeezing to obtain this result. If this were like MANY Toronto homes purchased during covid for $1.2M and are now worth $800k, I could understand their persistence but it isn't.

Not in the case of a home owned for almost two decades and with a great amount of equity. This is intentional and they know I know. I've caught them being unable to justify or volley back my position with experience in the very regulated industry, supported by government.

We need competition and I will be letting the USTR know in what means they can demand equal access and what means the government here unfairly subsidized competition.

I'm simply the Messenger and I'm tired of being persecuted for doing nothing but wanting to live freely and with free conscience.

These banks make a billion or two a QUARTER.

They don't need fine print, they don't need to justify. If you are short $5 they can take a million dollar home from you because that is how a caste system works. Who is going to save you from their 6 million dollar lawyers with the government in their corner?

Do you know how many Schedule One banks in Canada used to be Crown Corporations? It's all a mirage, little has changed except the optics. It's why even the largest U.S bank could NEVER enter the Canadian markets and be treated as an equal.

Just as Canadians cannot receive defense of their Charter of Rights. It's considered "suggestions" not actual laws of the land to protect citizens.

Some people are in the position to arrange an unending series of "misfortunes" that ultimately result in what they desire - the person becomes destitute, they lose something that the instigators coveted and can now acquire, and/or they can prevent something needed or wanted from being acquired or returned.
