This discussion/interview by Marc Lamont Hill w/Robin DiAngelo discussing her bestselling book "White Fragility" shines some much needed light on race in America.

Specifically addressing why it's so hard for white people to talk about racism.

You'd do well to take a listen...

Instead of dumping a 49 minute video on us, how about just telling us the jist of it, in your own words (if you have any)

Too much to cover. I recommend you listen in bits, 5, 10, 15 minute, whatever you can handle.

Won't hurt.

They won't listen.

Constantly claiming that you are a victim of racism and demanding compensation you do not deserve is fragility.
Since you've been shown over and over again how your argument is invalid, you are a prime example of white fragility.

You need to watch the video so you can understand the behavior, Because when you do, you will understand how it manifests itself in you. You have been shown this time and time again.

You are a prime example of black fragility.

It's no grift. Its a behavior that YOU and many others here do.

There is no black fragility son. We aren't scared to engage in debates or discussions about race or racism, while you and others with your ideology are.
Really? I engage in such debates here all the time.

Sure there is Black Fragility. It’s when black people can‘t take any criticism of black culture or acknowledge facts about demographics.

The other form of black fragility is when blacks can’t admit they love white culture more than black African culture. It’s the guilt they have for choosing to remain in America or white European countries instead of moving to Africa. Because they would rather speak English or another white language and have their kids live in a white society than growing up in Africa.

To mask this shame and guilt they play the victim and cry about racism all the time.
