The War Against Anchor-Outs in CA

Next to San Francisco, boaters have been anchoring out in the bay for free for decades and living there like RV'ers. Some regional authority is now kicking them out since the rich Leftists don't like icky working class boaters clogging up the bay with their dingy working class boays.

They don't pay rent, they don't pay taxes, they don't docking/anchoring fees, etc....

The government is now snatching their boats and crushing 'em.
Seems folks found a life hack, especially after they've been out-priced from places they grew up in, and decided to continue living there instead of outright leaving the San Francisco area.

And now, the most liberal leftist place that constantly preaches about the need for affordable housing, etc... is evicting folks that found a way to have affordable housing. All because some rich assholes don't like seeing dingy boats clutter the bay.

In the video, someone said it best. Freedom costs money.

At least they don't shit in the streets.

They should leave these people alone. It beats them living beside urban byways in boxes and Coleman tents, sh#tting in the streets, city parks or wherever they have the urge.

They shit in the bay. You know, if this was happening off an exclusive harbor in Charleston.....oh wait, this would never be allowed there. I respect people for trying to survive, but apparently Sausalito is one of the richest locations to live in anywhere in the U.S..
