Section 1006, of the America Rescue Plan Act--$1,010,000,000 for disadvantaged farmers, ranchers, forest land owners, operators and groups. What makes this group disadvantaged--I think the half billion for the wall gives us way more bang for our buck--this is just one example, I could come up with at least half a dozen more bigger wastes in the ARPA,
