CDZ The Wall and the Replacement for Obamacare

Trump needs a simpler replacement for Obamacare to get the wall. He also needs a tax, probably on remittances, to fund the wall. The Ds need a replacement for Obamacare much worse than Trump does. What else belongs in the package?

Try something new and replace it with nothing....The properly invoke the commerce clause (for maybe the first time in decades) to declare null and void all state "shall issue" mandates....This will have the effect of making the purchase of policies across state lines a reality, with no new legislation.

Remittance taxes sounds like a good idea at first blush, but those sending money out of the country will just move on to other means, like sending money orders via mail or courier.....How about wall bonds, a-la the war bonds from back in the 1940s?...Has the feature of being a voluntary transaction.

I mostly agree but the IRS is a wreck after Obama so a tax instead of fines for illegal hires is needed. ICE simply does not cause the fear among employers that the IRS does. The IRS took down Al Capone and numerous other people. They are also needed because of their files. Fake SSNs and other dodges do not work as well on them as it does for the FBI or ICE

what trump needs to do is get the feds out of our personal lives ie healthcare,,,
nowhere in the constitution is that power authorized

No new taxes or laws are needed...The central lie we're all told is that more laws -to be written by the very people who wrote the current failing laws- are needed to "fix" the prior failure....The only thing that gets dismissed out of hand is to quit pretending that politicians and bureaucrats are somehow omniscient and omnipotent.

BTW, the IRS is not now, nor ever has been, any friend to the Murican public...They need to go along with the 16th Amendment.

The politicans are all hamstrung by their agendas.............thus rendering them unable to think outside the box. Healthcare is a mess for several reasons all them having something to do with political agendas.

The first thing some politician who wants to create a lot of followers should do is to promote the truth that Health Care is a national security issue....as in you cannot have a great country without healthy people.

Think of what the 2 trillion dollars gwb wasted on his war against Iraq could have done for American Health care.

Now the media wants to make all the bushes saints....why? Because they do not like Trump.
