We have a person that was born with an unfortunate defect. I say unfortunate since there will be no way this person can reproduce. And well we know that means you are selfish according to Vance.

So many have decided hate is the proper response to that. You are at least in good company as people have often turned to this when faced with something outside the norm.

Sorry, but everyone here is arguing semantics.
The truth is, this person has a rare biological defect in which a female was born with the capacity to produce testosterone at male levels. - This is the best definition unless you want to get deeper into the physiological argument - which is not what is important here.

The argument should be centered around should this person be able to compete with women.
That answer is absolutely not.
Athletes in the Olympics are people that have trained since childhood. Literally devoting their lives to being the best. It is egregiously unfair to allow a person with a biological defect that effectively makes her a female with male strength and bones. She will win and win and win.
Erasing everyone else's training, making that training obsolete.
