The video of the Trans woman boxer breaking Carini's nose is blacked out on the internet.

I learned a long time ago to not bother giving sources to Wingnuts because you all pretend you didn't see them.

But for anyone else interested in rising above misinformation.

Lin was registered female at birth, New Taipei City Councilor Cho Kuan-ting (卓冠廷) said in a Facebook post on Wednesday. Lin’s national identification number begins with a “2,” the designation for females, while males are assigned a “1.” The number cannot be altered, according to Hsinchu City Government.

Lin has been competing in female boxing competitions since she was in middle school, per Lin's middle school documentary by New Taipei Municipal Yingge Junior High School. The first time in Taiwan's sports history that transgender middle and high school athletes have been explicitly allowed to participate was in Taiwan's 2023 National High School Games, per the Ministry of Education.

Lin, born in 1995, began boxing at 13 to protect her mother from domestic abuse, her mother revealed. Lin became the first to take gold in Taiwan’s women’s junior boxing history at the IBA Women's Junior/Youth World Boxing Championships in 2013, per New Taipei City 2021.
Hey Stryder50 I noticed you didn't respond to this. Are you going to man up (no pun intended) and admit you were wrong about Lin being a woman?

They aren't participating as a man as was claimed.

The Olympics say they qualify.

They have never in their life said or pretended to be male.

Once again the argument used to be penis=male. Vagina=female.

It's interesting how that argument went by the wayside.
It's about the unfair advantage from their testosterone you simp!

What is their advantage exactly? In general people with her condition do not have working glands or one's that barely work.

She does not have male testosterone levels.

It's been noted that earlier issues were not over testosterone checks.

You seem to be an expert here. Tell us what her levels are.

As I noted earlier it is a positive at least that people are being educated on the idea that gender is not always dependant on genitals.

Man, when I was growing up women were hot on men's tails to let them be like men and be part of men's society.....Now they shudder at the thought.

It is really quite a coincidence, isn't it?

Most other sports organizations are fully welcoming male "transwomen" into female sports. Except the Olympics. The Olympics, to my surprise, decide to do the right thing.

Then . . . two very masculine "women" suddenly appear in Olympic women's boxing. They failed the biological gender tests of the International Boxing Association, and were banned form women's boxing. So the Olympics banned the IBA.

Now we see stories about these men having some rare genetic condition that makes them"really women," even though they have XY chromosomes and therefore went through male puberty with its muscle developement.

Why did this not happent in the past when sports organizations did not let men in women's sports? Why did this suddenly occur in the Olympics the very year they took the stand against men ruining women's sports.

Of course it is also a coincidence that these two alleged women happen to have super strength (for women). Imagine being cursed with a rare genetic condition (supposedly) but also blessed with incredible strength!

No one "suddenly appeared". Khelif boxed in the Hong Kong Olympics.

Seems no one cared then.

Hey Stryder50 I noticed you didn't respond to this. Are you going to man up (no pun intended) and admit you were wrong about Lin being a woman?
1. Unlike a lot of posters here, I don't spend 24/7 hanging out at USMB.

2. While I might check in for a minute or two in between tasks in real world, I don't always have the time to spare to read assorted non-accurate and uninformative links.

3. Now that I've been able to go through them, I don't speak or read Chinese so some of them aren't informative. I did notice the word "transgender" a few time in English in one link inserted within the Chinese text, so that creates a ... :eusa_think::rolleyes:

4. I didn't see any clear statements or evidence about genitalia, and notice the frequent times he/she has been rejected and disallowed in competitions so that adds to suspicions about honesty and accuracy of your links.

5. The last three paragraphs in your post are copy-paste lifted out of one of the sources you linked, yet you didn't place in quote marks or cite that they were such. i.e. you appear to be faking them as your words - typical of Leftist liars and disinformationists.

6. Like the rest of the sane and real world, I reject the concept of gender being allowed to over-rule sex in these matters. Is there a penis or vagina is what should be the determinant, not the "Orwellian" doublespeak of "gender" being separate from and based up physical trait like actual, natural sexual organ.

7. It's my understanding that professional boxing has weight/size categories and in this case it looks like a light-weight was pitted against a medium-weight so once again I'm disappointed with modern (DEI) IOC.

8. I don't comply with demands for response unless I'm being paid to do so and the check has cleared the bank.

9. Usually, blatant nonsense isn't worth wasting time to respond to. I've made an exception here, but don't expect it to be regular.
